Insurance

It's important to note that dental insurance differs from medical insurance, and many patients may not fully understand the specifics of their dental benefits. Your dental benefits are determined by the agreement negotiated between your employer and the insurance carrier. We encourage you to review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to gain a better understanding of the benefits available under your insurance coverage.

At the time of your treatment, we will provide you with an estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company based on the information they provide to us. However, please be aware that this estimate is not a guarantee of benefits or the exact amount that will be paid. While we file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, it's essential to understand that your financial responsibility ultimately remains with you, not the insurance company.

If the amount paid by your insurance company differs from the estimate provided, either, we will adjust your account accordingly. You may be billed for any remaining balance or issued a credit in the event of an overpayment. Should you have any questions regarding our financial policies or financing options, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before your scheduled treatment.
