So we check for you. The Nyack Family & Cosmetic Dentistry Wellness Plan
If you don't have dental insurance, our Wellness Plan is the simplest way to keep up with your teeth. One flat fee per person covers a year of preventive care from the day you join, and everything else you need is reduced by 20%. It also covers your fillings and laser treatment for jaw pain, which are the two things patients are most often surprised to find included. It is a savings plan rather than insurance, it is for patients without coverage, and it cannot be combined with a plan or another offer. Fees are due in full at registration and are not refundable. It does not cover 3D imaging, implant placement, Invisalign, or our other laser treatments.
